• Digital Fundraising Manager

KLRU, Austin's PBS station, seeks a Digital Fundraising Manager.
The Digital Fundraising Manager oversees the effective utilization of fundraising systems in order to facilitate the growth of online fundraising and digital engagement for donor conversion. The Manager will provide coordinated leadership to develop best practices for digital fundraising across multiple platforms and implement marketing strategies to support fundraising across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
? Serve as in house technical expert for the development department on donation forms, email systems, social media and other digital assets.
? Responsible for the continual development and improvement of website fundraising pages and email communications.
? Track digital performance (fundraising page analytics, email performance, etc.).
? Ensure the creation and delivery of strategic support messaging is consistent across all digital platforms.
? Ensure proper audience segmentation around digital efforts.
? Develop and manage emails, landing pages, tools and graphics for online fundraising activities, including donation forms and event management.
? Assist with the implementation of Peer-to-Peer fundraising initiatives and Giving Day campaigns.
? Develop and test new initiatives and innovative concepts for public media fundraising.
? Oversee the creation, production and delivery of station email communication.
? Liaise with external strategy and software partners to manage execution of online fundraising best practices.
? Stay abreast of industry best-practices, within public media, among nonprofits more broadly and in the commercial sector.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
? Bachelors degree preferred, three to five years of related work.
? Strong knowledge of current and developing online fundraising strategies, social media, mobile and new technologies.
? Experience with building and maintaining donation forms, surveys and other user engagement features, and running reports/interpreting audience analytics.
? Knowledge of customer relationship management systems (CRM), email service providers, internet applications, and content publishing tools.
? Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to independently prioritize a heavy workload, at times working under pressure and deadlines.
? Problem-solver with the ability to look at the bigger picture of digital systems and think strategically.
? Propensity for innovation and the pursuit of improvement.
? Must have good judgment and the ability to handle confidential matters.
? Enthusiasm for public media with a desire to create and share a solid case for support with staff, donors, viewers and the KLRU community as a whole.

Experience:
Experience with Blackbaud products: Luminate and Raisers Edge preferred.
Experience with Photoshop, web design and HTML.
