Position Summary: An Identity Protection Specialist supports customers who call in seeking information and support regarding our products and services.

The schedule for this position is 11:30am to 8pm, 5 days per week, to include alternating Saturdays.


Receive inbound calls from customers and clients requesting information
Assist the call center with data entry
Perform account management duties
Escalate issues to appropriate queue when necessary to best assist the customer
Performs other duties as needed


Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer needs; respond to requests for service and assistance
Oral Communication: Speak clearly; actively listen and obtain clarification; respond to questions with clear and concise responses
Organizational Support: Follow policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time; support organizations goals and values; adhere to all Information Security policies to protect customer PII
Quality: Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; apply feedback to improve performance; review work to ensure quality
Quantity: Meet productivity standards; complete work in a timely manner; work quickly without sacrificing quality standards
Basic ability to utilize two monitors simultaneously while assisting the customer.
Minimum Qualifications

High School Degree or GED equivalent required
Call Center experience preferred
Work Environment:

Call center work environment
Cubicles with multiple agents talking at once
Some calls can take 2 to 3 hours to complete
Physical Demands (all required to be done for up to 8 hours or more a day):

Constant sitting, standing, walking and computer use.
Use of a headset
Occasional bending, reaching and lifting
