CONSTABLE'S NOTICE OF SALE - REAL PROPERTY DELINQUENT TAXES - BY VIRTUE of a certain Order Of Sale issued by the clerk of the 419TH District Court of Travis County, on the 16th day of October, 2017 in a certain cause numbered D-1-GN-16-003597, wherein Travis County, Lake Vista Independent School District, Travis County Healthcare District d/b/a Central Health, Travis County Emergency Services District No. 1 and City of Jonestown are plaintiffs, and Scott Mancill a/k/a Russell Scott Mancill, Propel Financial Services, LLC (In Rem Only), and The Hollows Property Owners Association, Inc. (In Rem Only) are defendant(s), in favor of said plaintiffs, for the sum of $14,612.37 Dollars, together with all costs of suit, that being the amount of judgment recovered by the said plaintiffs, in the 419TH District Court of Travis County, Texas, on April 28, 2017. - I, on the 31st day of October, 2017, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., have levied upon, and will, on the 5th day of December, 2017 at 10:00 o' clock, A.M., at 1000 Guadalupe Street in the City of Austin, within legal hours, proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder, all the rights, title and interest of defendants in and to the following described property, levied upon as the property of defendants, to-wit: - Lot 7, Block B, of The Hollows of Northshore, a Resubdivision of Lots 26, 27, 29, and 30, and Blocks 31-41, Lake Travis Subdivision No. 8-Amended (2nd), Plat No. 200500187 as described in Document number 2005163806 of the deed records of Travis County, Texas. - THE ABOVE SALE to be made by me to satisfy the above described judgment for $14,612.37 Dollars in favor of plaintiffs, together with the costs of said suit, and the proceeds applied to the satisfaction thereof. - Witness my hand this 31st day of October, 2017. - CARLOS B.
