CONSTABLE'S NOTICE OF SALE - REAL PROPERTY DELINQUENT TAXES - BY VIRTUE of a certain Order Of Sale issued by the clerk of the 419TH District Court of Travis County, on the 15th day of May, 2019 in a certain cause numbered D-1-GN-16-004327, wherein Travis County, Travis County Emergency Services District No. 7, Lago Vista Independent School District, Travis County Healthcare District d/b/a Central Health, Travis County Emergency Services District No. 1 and City of Lago Vista are plaintiffs, and William Jonathan Young, Sue Ann Young Markl, Jeffrey Edwards Young a/k/a Jeffrey E. Markl and Charles Milton Foster, if alive and if deceased, the unknown owners, heirs, assigns & successors of the Estate of Charles Milton Foster are defendant(s), in favor of said plaintiffs, for the sum of $5,450.99 Dollars, together with all costs of suit, that being the amount of judgment recovered by the said plaintiffs, in the 419TH District Court of Travis County, Texas, on April 25, 2018. - I, on the 31st day of May, 2019, at 2 o'clock P.M., have levied upon, and will, on the 2nd day of July, 2019 at 10 o' clock, A.M., at 1000 Guadalupe Street in the City of Austin, within legal hours, proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder, all the rights, title and interest of defendants in and to the following described property, levied upon as the property of defendants, to-wit: - Lot 6045, Bar-K Ranches Plat Six, Plat No. 66/10 as described in Volume 7562, Page 308 and Volume 11310, Page 229 of the deed records of Travis County, Texas. - THE ABOVE SALE to be made by me to satisfy the above described judgment for $5,450.99 Dollars in favor of plaintiffs, together with the costs of said suit, and the proceeds applied to the satisfaction thereof. - Witness my hand this 31st day of May, 2019. - CARLOS B.
