ROOM NO. 1 - STATE OF INDIANA - COUNTY OF HAMILTON - IN THE MATTER OF THE ADOPTION OF SHANAH DELANN VINTON, a minor child - NOTICE OF ADOPTION - The unnamed, putative father is notified that a petition for adoption of a child named, Shanah Delann Vinton, born on January 22, 2014, was filed in the office of the Clerk the Hamilton Superior Court, Room No. 1, One Hamilton County Square, Noblesville, Indiana 46060. The petition for adoption alleges that the consent of the unnamed, putative father is not required pursuant to Indiana Code 31-19-9-8. - If the unnamed, putative father seeks to contest the adoption of the child, the unnamed, putative father must file a motion to contest the adoption in accordance with Indiana Code 31-19-10-1 in the above named court not later than thirty (30) days after the date of service of this notice. - If the unnamed, putative father does not file a motion to contest the adoption within thirty (30) days after service of this notice, the above named court will hear and determine the petition for adoption, the consent of the unnamed, putative father will be irrevocably implied, and the unnamed, putative father will lose his right to contest either the adoption or the validity of the unnamed, putative father's implied consent to the adoption. - No oral statements made to the unnamed, putative father relieves the unnamed, putative father of the unnamed putative father's obligations under this notice. - This notice complies with Indiana Code 31-19-4.5-3 but does not exhaustively set forth a person's legal obligations under the Indiana adoption statutes.
