HEARING DATE: - DECEMBER 18, 2019 - TIME: 7:00 p.m. - Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Commission of the City of Sunset Valley, Texas, will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, the 18th day of December, 2019, at 7:00 P.M. and the City Council of the City of Sunset Valley, Texas, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday the 7th day of January, 2020 at 7:00 P.M at City Hall located at 3205 Jones Road, Sunset Valley, Texas to consider the following item(s): - - A request for a Special Use Permit for alcoholic beverages to be sold in a restaurant for on-premise consumption under Section 2.503(a) by Luv Thai Cuisine, LLC at 5207 Brodie Lane, Suite 200. - All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in said hearing. Any person may submit testimony in person at such hearing or submit written comments filed with the City Secretary between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday prior to the hearing or emailed to citysecretary@sunsetvalley.org.
