Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Commission of the City of Sunset Valley, Texas, will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, the 24th day of July, 2019, at 7:00 P.M. and the City Council of the City of Sunset Valley, Texas, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday the 20th day of August, 2019, at 7:00 P.M at the City Hall located at 3205 Jones Road, Sunset Valley, Texas to consider the following items and possible action: - Delete "Guest House" from Permitted Use in Highway Commercial, as referenced in Chapter 2, Section 2.901 Highway Commercial Permitted Uses, subsection (r); and, Chapter 2, Section 2.904, Highway Commercial District Table, Permitted Uses, subsection (3). - All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in said hearing. Any person may submit testimony in person at such hearing or submit written comments filed with the City Secretary between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday prior to the hearing or emailed to citysecretary@sunsetvalley.org.
