Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Commission of the City of Sunset Valley, Texas, will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, the 26th day of June, 2019, at 7:00 P.M. and the City Council of the City of Sunset Valley, Texas, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday the 2nd day of July, 2019, at 7:00 P.M at the City Hall located at 3205 Jones Road, Sunset Valley, Texas to consider the following items and possible action: - Revisions to amend Chapter 1, Section 1.201 Term Definitions to include definitions of masonry, and stucco; amend Chapter 2, Section 2.1306 Construction Regulations regarding exterior finishes; and, to re-number Divisions of Chapter 2 of the Land Development Code to clarify the applicability to all zoning districts of general standards included in current Division 13. - All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in said hearing. Any person may submit testimony in person at such hearing or submit written comments filed with the City Secretary between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday prior to the hearing or emailed to citysecretary@sunsetvalley.org. Meeting information may be examined at the office of the City Administrator for Sunset Valley, Texas during regular office hours or may be accessed on the city's website at www.sunsetvalley.org.
