Responsibilities:

*Respond to and qualify incoming chat, phone, and website inquiries
*Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world-class experience
*Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
*Identify ongoing sales opportunities

Qualifications:

*Bachelors degree
*Attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Self-motivated and goal-oriented
*Excellent follow up / through
*Proven customer satisfaction track record
*Technology sales experience a plus
*Manufacturing / Maintenance industry experience a plus
*Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and minimal travel

Technologies:

*Salesforce CRM (or similar)
*Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype for Business)
*Fundamental understanding of relational databases

Terms of Employment:

This is a full-time salaried position with a guaranteed base pay plus commissions.
